When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.

Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

In terms of Christmas deliveries we would recommend you order before the 17th December to leave as much time as possible for our couriers. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas, however we will make every effort to ensure all orders go out as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?

The good news is, shipping is free on most orders over $100. If your order is under $100, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is via UPS ground.

For the below states, the shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your order:

Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

Hot weather warning

All candy that leaves our temperature controlled facility is inspected and verified to be in perfect condition. Despite best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your candy will arrive in perfect condition. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for products damaged by extreme temperatures.

Who will ship my order?

We use UPS for the majority of our orders in the US.

Can I get shipping updates?

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account.

Do you ship to Canada?

Sorry, we can't currently ship to Canada.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we're sorry you haven't received your order. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original shipping date and we'll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it's unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Pan-n-Ice.
