Returns Policy

We like to keep things simple at Pan-n-Ice, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any food or beverage items.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to return an item for refund

  1. Email us at to request a return
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund due to a defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item back we will not be able to issue a refund, even if the shipping company admits fault.

Late or missing refunds

Once you have checked your bank account, if your refund isn't showing then we recommend contacting your credit card company or PayPal customer service. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
